Booking a school visit is easy and designed to give your students a fun, educational experience!
🎓 To qualify for school group rates:
- Your group must serve K–8 students
- A minimum of 10 student tickets is required
- You must submit a tax-exempt form with your booking or show proof of school ID at check-in
📅 Know Before You Book:
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance
- Group visits are available on select dates starting as early as 10:00 AM
- School admission tickets are timed and dated
- Walk-up groups without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged standard admission rates

💰 Payment Options:
- Pay by credit card at the time of booking (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover)
- Pay by check or Purchase Order (PO) — must be received before or at check-in
- For ACH payments, contact: o2c@merlinentertainments.biz
📌 Important Notes:
- Additional tickets cannot be added after your order is placed — we recommend booking for the maximum number of attendees
- If your group size decreases, contact Group Sales at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund
- Outside food and drinks, including bagged lunches, are not permitted inside the attraction
