Important information:
- Tickets are sold on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket prices may vary depending on the date and time selected. You can use the Re-booking Portal to move your booking to another available date or time with a similar ticket price.
- If the new date or time has a higher price, additional charges may apply.
If you are unable to make changes through the Re-booking Portal, you can request a date change by contacting Arizona@legolanddiscoverycenter.com at least 36 hours before your scheduled visit time.
Please include:
- Your order confirmation number (typically beginning with a "6")
- Your preferred new visit date and time
If it is already the day of your visit and you need to arrive at a different time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, during busy periods, including weekends and holidays, changes may be limited due to attraction capacity.
