What is your return policy for items purchased at the LEGO® gift shop?

We’re happy to help with returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Only items purchased directly from the LEGOLAND® Discovery Center gift shop are eligible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened items or purchases made elsewhere.
